Project management and the transfer of knowledge

Of course, Sir Miles takes on entire project management assignments. We like to add value to the project by transferring some of our knowledge to your organization. Our goal is to take your internal project management to a higher level and make sure the organization is capable of doing so itself after we leave. For example, by coaching a project manager within the organization while he/she is managing an IT project. That way, we do the job and keep your knowledge about IT projects up to date at the same time; a win-win situation.

  • Consultancy at the start of complex online projects: Before big money is being spent on a project, it’s always a good idea to let an independent party have a look at it. Sir Miles Consultancy analyses the project scope, the approach, the know-how that is available within your organization and the management method you want to use. We make a full report of any weaknesses we might find in the setup, and advise on how to tackle these weaknesses.
  • Advising and/or supporting a projectmanager: If there is a need for up-to-date IT knowledge within your own project management team, Sir Miles Consultancy can educate your project manager(s) in the subjects they need to do an even better job in the future.
  • Hiring a SCRUM master: Do yuo want to do an Agile project? We make sure our experienced SCRUM master supports the project team. We can also make the organization ‘Agile-proof’. Agile changes many established roles, and we can inform you and your organization about that, in order to prevent the classic mistakes.
  • Temporary personnel: We provide you with the best project manager(s) for the job, making sure the project is delivered within scope, budget and on time.
